I love how he's guarding his loins.
An I didn't know if she was gay or not, but a set of pearls is often a lesbian's first line of hetero pretense.

I heard a politician say, "It matters if she's gay because as a justice she may have to decide on a same sex marriage law or DADT."
I guess the straight justices can be totally unbiased because they're straight? Wha-wha-what?

I know, it's a totally nonsensical point. Would they insist that Thomas recuse himself from civil rights issues?

Mitch always looks like he just got found peering into someone's window and is torn between looking back in and owning up to being a sick perv.

Doesn't Thomas already recuse himself from civil rights issues?

Don't you see the laser beams of smartness that form direct lines between Elena Kagan's eyes and the blanched almonds that pass for Mitch McConnell's testicles? No? Whoa! They've just shrunk to pignolia-size in the ol' McNutsack! Keep it up, Kagan!

Mitchie's "Frightened" look is one of his more endearing ones.

Actually, where Clarence Thomas is concerned, he falls under "The Oreo Exception" which states that anyone that obviously beholden to 'da man' is unlikely to show bias in favor of any minority.
The Oreo Exception also is known as "Uncle Tom's Law."
