Speaking of Glamour...

It was a busy Lauraday today! Now an important administration official, undersecretary of state Laura Bush, just tonight, had a simply scrumptious do for dreamy Kosey. I hope he isn't being naughty and wearing Italian couture again! Laura looks divine, and was treated like a queen by the charmingly obsequious frog:

Oh, behave! Earlier today, she did something boring that resulted in a nevertheless charmingly Magritte-like photo-op:

After a seven year restoration, Lincoln's cottage, which was the Camp David of its day, will be open to the public on Feb. 18, 2008, offering a never-before-seen view of Abraham Lincoln's presidency and family life. I love that picture! She almost looks real!

Yikes - what is it about poor Oscar de la Renta and the ladies (and I use the term loosely) of this benighted administration? First it's the abysmal Red Dress of Grievances, and now its a schlumpy blue satin shirtwaist, on which the combination of belt and dropped waistline create a screaming "hello, I'm Crazy Eyes' abdomen" zone that poor M. Sarkozy had to stare at as he dipped to kiss hands.

Also, what's with wearing a fairly flashy diamond-and-sapphire necklace along with what looks to be a Lady Seiko watch?

But - credit where it's due: the hair is poofalicious...

Good hair product, the right blow dryer and an exception brush, all combined with someone with "mad skillz" means that poofalicious is at hand.

yeah, real CRAZY.

I wonder what Chimpy's thinking as he looks at his wife being hand-kissed.

"God, I need a bourbon. A big one."
