What can I say? I'm a sucker for patriotic vehicles, but this one sends very mixed messages, so I'm hesitant to interpret its metaphors.

It's like when a Tarot card arrives upside down and means the opposite. Spooky.

The flag hung upside down is an internationally recognized distress signal. Also, it's the A. I. M. (American Indian Movement) flag. Also note that the direction of the "wind" is blowing the flag up.

Somebody call the FBI.

Obviously, the message is "spoort ruo troppus." ... could be dutch or something.

Hawkins points out something I hadn't noticed before, that SUPPORT TROOPS is some kind of dyslexic palindrome.

But aren't palindromes kind of dyslexic to begin with? Does double dyslexia make everything worse or do they negate each other and even everything out?

Okay, now my head hurts and I have to lie down. Thanks, Hawkins! Nice avatar, too!

Following up on your catch from Hawkins’ post, my hunch, Matty Boy, is that the power of a dyslexic palindrome is squared, which accounts for the impact. (Sigh, I love the posts on this board – at least, most of them)

the message (in all it's red white and bullshit glory) will be displayed 'right side up' on the other side of the truck as the mixer rotates.
