Bush, Condi Babies Coming Soon to Comedy Central

Sounds totally cute! Looks stupid. Comedy Central has ordered episodes of the... uh... cell phone hit "Lil' Bush" for the... uh... I guess you have to call it the medium screen now. Obviously I love the idea of a cartoon series featuring a grade-school-age Condi "who pines for Lil' Bush and does his homework for him." I'm not so wild about a TV series with a grammatical error right in the title, though: shouldn't it be Li'l Bush? Why are apostrophes so consistently challenging? I'm also not too fond of the design. I wish they had gotten Tom Toles to do it, since his wonderful drawings of Bush have gotten so bizarre that they barely appear human any longer.

Unfortunately, grammatically incorrect or not, Lil' Kim has used this construction and so they copy it. Blech!

It's just... wrong. Contractions are supposed to have apostrophes in place of the missing letters, like "couldn't" and "we're".

Of course it's wrong. But appropriate for an administration that has Snow-Speak destroying all actual meaning in sentences. Kinda poetic licensed like.

Speaking of contractions, I LIKE how the bodies are so much litt'ler than the heads. Like all the hot air rises to swell the heads of the ever so mighty.

When Beavis, Butthead and all their friends grow up and get to go to Washington?

Do you thin Condi gets Condi-corns from wearing narrow Ferragamos? Sometimes I just get to pondering....
