Who ever would have guessed...

... that twee French mime dolls would fail to sell?

Other than "everybody."

Maybe they'd have sold better if they included a free invisible box with each purchase?

What ARE they wearing? Is that really what discerning mimes are wearing these days?

Anyway, off topic, but I wanted you to know: Iā€™m a long time reader who thought you were gone forever when you took leave of us a few years ago. I only found out that you had re-emerged a few months ago and have spent the intervening time catching up on years of missed posts.

I wanted you to know that I love, love, love your posts on Ernie Bushmiller and Tad Dorgan. I am an extremely left-brain, non-artistic engineer/hairdresser, and I love it when you artier hairdressers share your views of pictures ā€˜nā€™ such. It fascinates me to see the cool things that have been right in front of me the whole time. I now have Random Nancy Panels splashed around my cell at work and look forward to many more posts of your vintage comics collection.

Thanks for sharing ā€“
