The unfortunate baby-shot: truly a rite of passage for all aspiring politicians.

I so very much hate to say, but Michele Beardman actually looks attractive in this photo! A bit undone, eyelids at a human amplitude, obviously engaged with and interested in whatever's going on out-of-frame.... please put the scary face back up or I might actually start to feel sympathetic with this batshit crazy fascistess!
Drew: I respectfully disagree. That's Joan Crawford levels base and rouge.
More importantly, why is there a swarthy person in the background?
I see nothing good coming of this.
Another sprog traumatized for life.
At least she isn't kissing
oh man, I feel sick.
At least it's not Marcus Bachmann holding that baby, much less kissing it. That guy creeps me out.
Her square-cut French-manicure creeps me out. That thumbnail is going to dig into that poor baby's leg.
OK, now that I'm looking it in the light of day (and a computer screen set to a hotter color profile), I'm not as sympathetic. The amazing power of cheap fabric and dim lighting.
Jesus, look at those fake nails! Where does wonder woman find the time to keep up with her mani's?
Poor kid. I'm sure that picture will haunt him the rest of his life.
Baby whisperer she's not.
Marcus Bachmann... Benny Hill. Same person? You be the judge! Our phones are open.
Umm… I am not a lawyer, but isn't handing a baby to crazy person considered some form of child abuse?
She doesn't look all that bad there, no, even with the make-up, but the eyes still don't lie, and I challenge you to gaze into their inky, hole-like depths and not feel something being tugged away.
I honestly don't see what you're all talking about. She's a very pretty lady. This doesn't look like the horrible picture I was expecting to see from hearing about it on the television and radio. Stop the hating just to hate.
