Not to knock Margase' work or anything (obviously, duh, since I posted it with heaps of praise), but the lawn design effect is actually pretty easy to do. I believe there's a tutorial for it at Worth1000, a place with which I suspect Margase has more than a passing familiarity.

PSP, Worth1000 was my bible, but they don't have any tutorial for that effect.
