Why did Reuters use the above picture (one of my faves!) to illustrate the biological/societal functions of estrogen? I don't know! The article mentions neither Condi nor shoes. Furthermore, Madame Secretary, the ultimate subservient figure in the Bush Administration, isn't a very good example of what they're talking about. So weird! I don't get it!

Well, that is the million dollar question, isn't it?
Her instep is abnormally high.
I think that accounts for her general crankiness.
Nice that there are those who can afford $525 for a pair of shoes......
Since the article was discussing the "biology of dominance in women" I think Condi's dominatrix boots would have been a better choice.
