Courtesy of Pony Pal Supreme™ Fritz at CSPAN, we have the above picture of Larry Craig! What's it mean? I have no idea, but since it's Larry Craig, everybody probably went to the other side of the chamber and snickered and made bathroom jokes. Go Larry!
Anybody have any theories about what the colors mean? Oh, I bet you do!

I am laughing so hard that I need medical attention.
colors = oil drilling locations?
This reminds me of a Kliban cartoon -- "Hey Europe! Suck my Florida!"
The red represents some wide, transcontinental stance. Of what, exactly, I am uncertain, Princess.
Fishing rights. There is a joke there somewhere.
From Larry Craig's website:
We are experiencing higher gasoline, oil, and natural gas prices today because of decades of restricted development of new sources of petroleum. We have identified oil and natural gas reserves that can be developed and used responsibly, yet efforts to responsibly develop the energy resources our country possesses, transforming vast areas of opportunity into "The No Zone."
Larry Craig has a graphic designer somewhere who must have laughed his ass off for the entire four minutes it took to design that "no zone" logo.
It's his map showing potential areas for drilling offshore glory holes-- i mean oil fields.
Larry looks stung in this freeze-frame, as though someone just said No to his Zone.
A supertanker full of red dye #9 broke apart on the reefs near San Francisco. How it got all the way to the east coast, no one is sure. Possibly illegal immigrants.
You sure he isn't auditioning for the recently created, 'There Is No Global Warming' weatherman spot at FOX News?
Is there a sound file -- or better yet, YouTube! -- to accompany this?
why is the taint green?
red = bathrooms where wide stances are tough
green = easy pick ups in airport bathrooms
yellow = wrong stuff on floor of bathrooms
