Breaking Up is Hard to Do

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice and Israel's Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni hold a joint news conference in Jerusalem March 5, 2008. (Jim Hollander/Pool/Reuters)

Aw, it looks like Condi and Tzipi aren't as much fun together as they used to be. Maybe their lesbian affair didn't work out?

And ugh, that lavender pant suit is just so ick.

WTF? Here's a quote from the link.

Meanwhile, an American newspaper has quoted Rice as saying that she is a lesbian and has bought her partner an apartment in New York in order to engage in sexual conduct.

My partner has never had a relationship with a man, Rice said.

I completely missed this lovely tidbit. More importantly. Princess Sparkle Pony completely missed this lovely tidbit, which is the same as saying this lovely tidbit is 100% demonstrably WRONG, since PSP knows everything there is to know about Dr. Ferragamo, and would NEVER keep us loyal readers in the dark about such a pronouncement.

So the next question is: Princess, what is this scurrilous source? The website looks a reputable foreign news outlet, but clearly it is run by insane people or in a country without libel laws.

Please, it's just too much.

It's an Iranian newspaper. I saw it in December and laughed and forgot to post it. I love the utterly false "Rice quoted as saying she is a lesbian" part.

Friends,

These two creatures are both dreadful, vulgar, and narrow-minded.

Maybe if they did in fact "make out" the world's problems could, at least partially and temporarily, be solved, if only because these two warmongers would be involved in a harmless activity that does not call for bombing the hell out of people, lesbian or not.

Of course our dear Princess's citation of a silly "news" report was meant to be tongue-in-cheek.

Just consider the headline of the article:

"A Former Israeli education minister has accused the US secretary of state and Israeli Foreign Minster [sic] of having a sexual relationship."

Minster? Spinster?

Let's all have a good laugh, even if Iranian intolerants help provide it ... in these sad, sad Bush times.

The only thing I will regret about the end of the Bush regime are PSP's refeshing & witty comments about its "Secretary of Bad Taste [just shuffle the letters]."

But knowing PSP's wit & resourcefulness, let us hope that the Princess's photoblog, focusing on another subject, will continue even after "Dr" Rice's well-deserved disappearance into the limbo of those who were famous for too many seconds.

C'mon, now, you don't think Condi's going to suddenly disappear from public view next year, do you?

Oh ye of little faith!

and really, why would our our Princess disappear -won't Vice President Ferragama keep PSP very busy??? She'll be even more glittery!

This photo of Tzipi and Condi gives the cliche, "pictures speak louder than words," new meaning. Talk about a lover's spat...executed in full view of the world.

I posted this in an IRC channel and they hit the roof ... hahahaha!

I feel kinda bad that I didn't post this story earlier, but it ran in December. I didn't find out about it until January, so by then I figured it was old news.

Don't know if I'm doing something cool or annoying -- (I often have that problem) but I wanted to alert Condiwatchers to this. Another of my "daily stops" on the internet is the Mike Malloy home page. There's usually some bit apoplexy from either Mike or his wife Kathy. What's there today (the 6th of March) is a wrap up of "the Shoe Lady's" visit with Mahmoud Abbas. Contextualized nicely, and a nice confirmation of the PSP view of things from a different perspective. If you're interested, check it out today, because the outrage posted there is replaced five times a week.

I just added "press tv" to the top of my favorites! Great stuff through and through... and they have learned well from us! Truth is only second to propaganda!

I wish some woman would buy me an apartment in New York in order to engage in sexual conduct.

What Karen said. Is that too much to ask? Sheesh.

Condi's snaggle-toothed claim that "it's not her, it's me" is oh-so-lame to bored "tell me another one!" Tzipi. You can tell she's thinking, "Thank GOD, now I don't have to be the bad guy. A state dinner, too much wine, and some groping in a hotel room, that's all it was! Get over yourself, Lecondel!"

How did you miss that? She has clearly already moved on from her Lesbian affair!

How did you miss that?

Jesus! That article is from today! I'm not a professional blogger, so OMG, at least give me a chance to get home from my real job.

Sheesh!

This article is obviously true because it comes from a reputable news source that isn't biased because it is in a country with no lesbians, and therefore no conflict of interest! Very sparkly!!

PSP your day job is starting to interfere with your blog job.
If John Halitosis can become a full time blogger and beg for caviar and orchid food money from his readers, why oh why can't you?

Your majesty,

As far as this lesbian rumor is concerned, Condi is merely guilty of enjoying evenings in DC with Gwen Ifill, doing nails and watching old movies, eating cookie dough ice cream (with the inevitable topless pillow fights toward the end).

Gay? I think not!
