Metablogging: Exciting New Column!

Starting today, I've got a new weekly column at Wonkette about... Condi! I know, weird, huh? But anyway, every Monday I'll be bringing a summary of Condiproduct and stories from the preceding week. Yes, yes, some of it will be recycled from here, but there's always new jokes to make and matching armchairs I may have missed the first time around. It's a convenient way to start the week all up-to-date on Dr. Ferragamo! See the premiere episode here.

Such are the blessings that accompany the development of expertise.

Congratulations!

I hope those Wonkers are paying you.

Did you even remotely dream when you started this nifty little experiment that it would eventually lead to a paying gig?

I have been thinking of the future. There's at most 14 months left in Condi's diplo-career, after which she will probably teach, sit on some boards, and lecture. I don't see those activities keeping PSP well stocked with Condiproduct, perhaps enough for a monthly paragraph or so.

So I think Wonkette is grooming PSP for bigger things. Perhaps a gig as chief international diplomatrix correspondent, complete with travel perks!

I knew you were going big the first time I found your site a few of years ago when I was writing at Blondesense and I posted a link to you. Good for you!

You're gonna have plenty of Condi stuff now that Pakistan is going all to hell. She'll be bush's mouthpiece.

Z7, and all that doesn't even take into account the delicious rumors of Condi running for governor of California!

With apologies if this message is a repeat

Delighted for you, Princess.

Wonkette readers -- like all PSP fans already -- will doubtless enjoy your wit/humor -- as well as your understated wisdom.

I fully agree with what z7q2 said -- with Condi fading fast, what will happen to PSP when the phony (pony?) shoe saleslady rides off into the sunset with/without Alfred E. Bush?

I'm sure I'm not the only one to worry much more about the possible disappearance of your blog than the inevitable vanishing into the vacuum of anonymity of faux doctor Rice.

I'm willing to bet she'll be out before Dubya leaves. Wait till that mideast conference pans out.

Oh Princess, that's great news! More people need to know of your sparkling goodness!

I hope that every post on wonkette is recycled from this page... I dont read wonkette often, and I'd hate to miss my condi news!

Deep down, you know you possess infinity. Condi is just your current plaything. Plenty more nonsense where she came from.

our PSP is a meta blogger who hopefully after all this Condi news won't need Meta Mucil....

congrats!

> governor of CA

Oh good lord I just Googled that. Condi running Cali? But but... what if the BIG ONE hits?

See, I've been expecting that with the Governator in office, he would look great striding confidently through smouldering LA rubble with his entourage. People would rally around him and rebuild with their bare hands.

But Condi? Would she hug and console a weeping dust-covered latino mother of 5 in front of her collapsed home? I just don't see it.

Oh, and the Wonder Bread logo? Genius!

I can't wait until you spring the invisible sphere bit on the Wonkers. They will go insane with delight, I tell you.

Sparkly AND brilliant. Congratulations! And thanks for the add. As usual, playing catch up, now I'll have to double that load over at the 'kette, but always with a smile!
Be well.
I haven't had Wonder Bread in years. Good Call. Even better pic of the good Dr.

Can I for one, not just offer you congratulations, but also say that the new "Condi Roundup" logo is just fabulous. There's a very 60s British TV program feel to it. You should write under the pseudonym of Nigel something or other.

Well, Princess, I've already rejoiced over at Wonkette, but I have to add congratulations here, along with the sincere hope, expressed so eloquently by others above, that when la Dotoressa has slunk off to be a university bureaucrat/governatrix/convict/whatever, you will continue to shine a welcome spotlight on the diploworld (and keep us abreast of All Things Ursula, too, of course)...

I don't show up for a couple of days and look at what I miss.

My how our little princess has grown!

This is fabu-sparkly.

Is it weird for you to ponder that Condi knows who you are- as I am sure she must.

You two really must meet one day.

Oh to be a fly on the wall for that one!

Last weekend, my daughter & I watched "Barbie as the Island Princess." Imagine my surprise when I saw Tallulah, a fashion-loving monkey with a very familiar hairdo! Check out the following Youtube clip & see what you think! http://youtube.com/watch?v=naj-Fg29EsI
