Just kidding! She's protecting the hairdo, people, OK? But seriously, what is up with Plassnik's scarf fetish? Does the woman not know about Hermes? In other news, what does it look like when two people really, really want to eat each other? It looks like this:

What's up with the Austrian giantesses' scarves, you ask. I'm guessing she's a really big Dr. Who fan.

I believe it was Dr. Frankenfurter who once said, "Even smiling makes my face ache!"

You have to give our girl, I mean man, Ursula credit for this scarf, though. Unlike foliage past, this one incorporates horizontal stripes to combat the verticality the accessory imparts by design. She's trying not to look huge...not succeeding too well, but she's trying.

Dear Sparkle Pony, please keep us updated on Condi's Russian Debacle. It seems those evil media people just broadcast an audio of her in a bitchy fight with some Russki. Gosh, I can hardly wait to hear what Condiski's Favorite Chronicler has to say.

Oh, I almost forgot...

"Yummy yummy yummy, I got foreign policy in my tummy..."

So, like, since Bush is taking the Japanese PM to Graceland, I think Condi should take Plassnik to Walmart for a shopping spree. More sharing of the pinnacles of American culture.

I second Isabelita's idea. Its all I can come up with at this hour and drugged up to my eyeballs.

I came upon this link from a comment posted at FDL and immediately wanted to share it with you in case you missed it.

The reason Condi and that Russki are eyeing each other like hungry wolves is because this is a rare opportunity for Dr. Rice to exercise her expertise in jumped the shark Russian Studies.
Her policies say 'niet niet' but her smile says 'da, da.'
