OMG you guys all thought the same thing I did ... I was like "if that headline didn't say Condi, I'd be like 'That's James Brown ... owwww!'"
i'll watch for the jacket with the giant strip of velcro, and buttons, haven't seen her wear that one yet! but i'd like to.
