Colombians Prepare Warm Welcome for Princess Diplomat

Demonstrators shout slogans in Medellin during a protest against the visit of U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice to Colombia January 23, 2008. Rice will lead a group of U.S. lawmakers on a trip to Colombia on Thursday and Friday to help build support for a free trade pact with that country and to discuss regional security issues, the State Department said. The poster reads "Wanted for war crimes. Yankees get out of Colombia, Iraq and the whole world". REUTERS/Albeiro Lopera (COLOMBIA)

A very warm welcome, indeed:

Thanks for posting this Princess. Just to clarify though, the text on that Columbian poster says "Yankees get out of Iraq, Columbia...."
I know, not much difference, but telling that even they want the U.S. out of Iraq first and foremost.

Weird that they single out Condi. I mean, all she does is pretend to do diplomatic stuff while the rest of the BCF pillage. I mean, shouldn't they be directing their anger at George, or maybe Dick?

It also says "Wanted, for war crimes." Apparently, they think she actually cares about diplomacy and matters of state. It's so naive that it's almost sweet.

And note the lovely pic they chose! I daresay they've been following your blog, PSP!

Damn! With that kind of reception, I can't wait to see the matching armchairs photo.
I should start a new global business selling asbestos American flags.
