I've been trying to get this shot for over a year, and finally, finally succeeded! It's from one of the big "loop around the Mall" tour companies, and every time I saw it, it would just kill me, because I could never get one to stand still for her portrait! OMG, I'm so happy. It turned out exactly as I hoped it would. Yay!
