(Via the Goddess Callista's Twitter)
Sometimes I think, "Callista Gingrich is really weird," and then I correct myself: Callista Gingrich is really normal.
Still, though: Let's get a picture of Newt 'n' Cally in front of the Waffle House. What does it mean? Is this an attempt to be "reg'lar folks"? It isn't terribly convincing; it comes across as slumming.

More and more, every time I see a photo of La Callista, I think to myself, "She is - and will remain - several years younger than you are." I find this inexplicable and oddly inspiring.
OMG, can you imagine the waitress' face when Callista ordered her standard egg white/no oil omelet with a side of fresh mango?
My gawd those two are white!
Those two in front of a Waffle House is one thing. Inside the Waffle House is another matter altogether.
Does Newt still have a residence in Georgia? Because in Cobb County, this is what passes for a brunch restaurant.
Diane, my thoughts exactly! I'll believe it when I see it.
oh GREAT. welcome back..... *squints at the waffle house photo to see if stuffed elephant inside

Not when you look at Newt's gut.
Clearly an all you c'n eat place.
I just hope they have free Wi-Fi so Newt can use his Ipad and do his important things over breakfast!

Did the photographer intentionally make Newt's head in line and matching the globe light fixtures in the restaurant?
For me that compare /contrast was the best part!
