This panel makes me think of Peanuts for some reason.
I had to blow up the picture to re-assure myself that that's really ziptone.
I had a friend from L.A. with a low tolerance for the cold. Her favorite phrase for went the thermometer dipped below sixty degrees was "The dogs are sticking to the sidewalks!"
Chilly one day, global warming the next....
