The first thing I thought of when I heard Gingrich won was "Peteykins is gonna be fucken ecstatic!"
Thanks, dumb citizens of SC, for giving us more of this fabulous couple.
Perhaps they'll be around long enough for Callie Lou to fiddle with her hairdo bit.
Maybe we could predict the date of when Peteykins (or any of us) will find a wire photo in which Callista's hair looks unkempt or even slightly out of place.
Since I was the first to mention it, it's only fair I get to pick the first date.
I pick never.
Ooh, Matty Boy is right! A pool on when the Aqua-net is overcome!
Don't know if you saw this, but you are not the only admirer of the 'do. From Andrew Sullivan's liveblog of the returns:
"9.30 pm. Newt speaks. Callista remains impeccably coiffed."
Callista's been showing some dark roots lately. I realize that she has been busy but that's no excuse. Time for a touch-up. Didn't she used to have a mobile hair and makeup team following them wherever they went?
Is that really their bathroom? Ew!
Yes, that is really their bathroom in outsidery McLean.
Just look at Callista. Veronica Lake lives!
Does anyone remember the Chicken Lady sketch from "Kids in the Hall"? Callista is a dead ringer, especially in profile and in the pic at the top of this entry.
Is it just me or does Callista look plumper and younger in this photo? It's almost like she's...feeding.
I love you, hand turkeys.
TOTALLY Chicken Lady from Kidz in the Hall!!!

I wrote off Newt's campaign a while back, and was commeasurately disappointed at the inevitable lack of Callistaproduct that would ensue.
But, hey, lack of media scrutiny over the holidays and the implosion/campaign-suspension of other candidates in the race means we can milk this a bit longer! Yay! Get busy, AP photographers!
