She seriously wears that hairdo every day?

Hard to tell for sure from this angle, but it looks like she's addressed the roots issue. And I'm sitting here applauding both the hairdo itself and PSP for continuing to bring new views of it and the Prime Minister underneath it. :)

Yeah, good root touchup but what's with the peasant blouse under an urban suit? Ukrainian traditional meets . . . who designs suits like that? Short sleeves in the winter.

I need a fashion consultant to explain all this to me.

The sheer sleeves on the suit rock, and check out the drawstring thingies on the hemline. Actually Drama Queen I think the whole suit is leather, at least it looks that way on my monitor.
Yulia is my hero.

It's Everybody Wear Black and White To Work Day in the Ukrainian Parliament, and Yulia is delighted that no one else wore her outfit.

Sorry, I'm still not accepting her as a new Pony Icon. She's no Ursula.

Highly esteemed PSP!

Since the PSP blog is a cyberworld democracy (although ruled by a philosopher-king), where outcasts can voice their opinions, as long as they don't mention their verification word, allow me to say I agree with Zip.

Baby-faced, fair(false?)-haired Yulia has long been linked to criminal elements in Ukraine. As Wikipedia tactfully says, "Some have speculated that her familiarity with the illegal conduct of business common in Ukraine uniquely qualifies her to combat corruption—if she is willing to do so."

PSP -- As a faithful follower of your blog, may I humbly suggest that the new PM of Iceland might, perhaps, be of more interest (but am not sure of humor) than a trying-to-look-like-a-peasant-girl-from-the-khutor sleaze-bag from the former USSR?

But then you have a point: Yulia & Condi do have much in common ...

Either she gets the joke, or maybe she just laughs at anything.

Diane Griffin said...

Or maybe she's all crafty, and is indeed the only one that gets it.

Oh, I've barely scratched the surface of divine Yulia. Let's just say that my "coverage" of her will probably come closer to the tone I use for Condi than the reverent tone I reserve for Queen Ursula, may her photo-ops rest in peace.

She ought to be wearing wooden clogs and a ruffled apron.

The women in the photo look like time travelers from the 60s. And what is Alberto Gonzales doing there, looking for a job?

I saw her on TV yesterday. I guess she's the new prezzie of the Ukraine?
