No No NO.

In this image released by Jakks Pacific Inc., a Cabbage Patch Kids doll crafted in the likeness of Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin is shown. Four one-of-a-kind Cabbage Patch Kids dolls crafted in the likeness of presidential candidates Barack Obama and John McCain and vice presidential candidates Joe Biden and Palin will be auctioned on the eBay.com Web site. All proceeds from the auction, which begins Thursday and ends Nov. 4, will benefit the Marine Toys for Tots Foundation. (AP Photo/Jakks Pacific Inc., Sheila Clevenger)

Well, the auction doesn't seem to be up yet, and blah, blah, blah, good cause 'n' all, but... oops, I vomited.

One day it's going to take a man with a hard, hard heart to tell Trig Palin that's not a doll modeled after her.

Hmm. Wonder why they substituted Hillary's cankles for Palin's birdlegs. Whatever. It's a strikingly handsome doll. *barf*

Good, Lord, will someone please think of the children?! This evil must be stopped NOW.

Oh now, PSP, let's be honest here: The true reason you are upset about the Sarah Cabbage Patch Doll is that they didn't first come out with a more FABULOUS Cindy McCain doll. (Don't you get giddy thinking about the potential for wonderful clothing and accessories ... instead of faux leather pumps?)

Of course, then there's the possibility that the PC folks are holding back on us, intending to roll out a Cindy doll at a later time.

Nevertheless, this apparent oversight by the CP folks presents an opportunity for you, PSP. You should consider coming out with your own Sparkley Cindy Pony Pal figurine, complete with a Stabilized Microbrewery and (just in time for Christmas) an Anheisher-Bush [misspelling intentional] manger! Maybe a Henry Paulson stable boy figurine? A Dick Cheney Shepherd Boy figure? A George Bush Lamb figure? (Insert your own "fleecing joke here.)

(Just thinkin' outside the box here.)

This got me thinking... when Obama wins, the right-wingers are going to need something to get their mind off of realizing they fucked up the country. What better way than to roll out a Sarah Palin blow up doll. They can take out all that angry built up self-doubt joe six pack dellusion and enjoy themselves at the same time!

Think of the sorrow and frustration when, alas, that bubble finally bursts too.

Cindy McCain would NOT be best represented by a Cabbage Patch doll. She needs her own Barbie. CP dolls are way too chubby to embody La Cindy's svelte form.

actually, with those hefty jowels, it looks like some sort of unholy palin / mccain love child. oh and completely unrelated, the capchta i had to type in on this comment was "dopork". that should really be a word.

I loathe Cabbage Patch Dolls. My sister had to have one when they were all the 1980's rage, and I thought they were grotesque little mockeries.

Nothing about a Sarah Palin Cabbage Patch doll does anything to ameliorate my feelings on the matter.

I thought Cabbage Patch Dolls had been outlawed years ago. Or maybe that was only in my own private universe. I hate this doll but I wish Palin really had legs like that.
