This one really jumped out at me! Everything just seems so wonderfully out-of-whack in this shot until your brain processes it and figures out what's going on. Plus: hook 'em, horns! Two sparkley hooves way up!

As someone with Italian-American background (among other things) I can only say that the hand is shouting out "Va fungool" which is bascially Soprano-ese Italian slang (the kind I grew up with) for F*ck you!

For Mashaal, however, his hand gesture is known in the region as a means by which to judge the relative health of a female camel's nether regions...both nether regions.

It's a lovely day in Sultan Rogers neighborhood, a lovely day for a neighbor! Would you be mine?

Wow, was this the guy George Clooney was trying to be in that movie?

And I don't understand how Hamas can't recognize Israel. It's easy! It's a little strip of land on the Mediterranean Sea, just wedged in between the Negev and the Golan. Follow the smell of falafel stands (especially in Alfula). Big city in the middle, with lots of holy stuff, olives.

It took more than 20 years for the US to recognize China, and we had all those restaurants giving us clues. (Not to mention the ubiquity of china cabinets....)
