And You Think You've Got Problems!

India's main opposition Bharatiya Janata Party leader Vijay Goel shouts anti-Haryana state government slogans along with others during a demonstration against an illegal kidney transplant racket, in New Delhi, India, Friday, Feb. 1, 2008. (AP Photo/Manish Swarup)

This first struck me as a great, surrealistic "bizarre politician photo of the day" kinda thing, but OMG... ow, ow, ow.

Holy cow! And to think I once awoke in Vegas in a bathtub full of ice with a note taped to my arm that said call 911...
Then a baby polar bear saved me- and he was only the size of a stick of butter!

mmm... polar butter....

I feel compelled to make an impassioned statement about this, but I can't think of anything that isn't ultimately trite. This crap is completely inhuman. And it's a great photo.

This is something we're only gonna see more & more of. I think organ harvesters of this type, or anyone who benefits from this trade, should be treated as harshly as possible. The only thing that's gonna keep this kind of black market trading down is if the penalties are so horrific and public sentiment is so strong that it makes it completely unimaginable to be involved in it. I wanna be out in the streets screaming right along with Goel.

Has anyone seen Princess Sparkle Pony lately?
I'm worried that someone may have stolen her kidneys.
