Obviously Crazy Lady Wants to Be Your Daughter's Friend

Oh, don't mind me, I'm just paying tribute to sparkletastic superstar Carol Platt Liebau. Do you guys know about her? Should I be embarrassed at my Carol noobie status? Have you been jealously hiding her from me? She's special. She's a PSP kinda gal! I can't decide which I love more: her blog, which is downright Gannonlike in its stick-to-it thick-headedness; or her wonderful new book about saving our girls from the fascist fashionistas who would drape their twelve-year-olds in peekaboo g-strings (amongst many, many others).

Won't you give your daughters to Carol Platt Liebau today? She's hungry.

I'm a Prude Newbie too so thanks for the link. Those eyes of hers are the scariest peepers since Meg Foster was in the 1980 TV movie, "Guyana Tragedy: The Story of Jim Jones."

OMG, Keep this very scary lady away from my daughters, thank you very much. She needs a hairdo alert system all of her own. The Bill Bennet endorsement just makes matters worse. Sheesh! I'm supposed to take moral child rearing advice from these people?

Not today.

I see a very Laura Bush Crazy Eyes look here and it is disturbing indeed.

Because the words prude and Laura Bush's daughters, well lets just say that they have not been used in a sentence together. No siree bob.

Speaking of Gannon-like... He is commenting over at my friend's blog. It seems real too. Which is scary, odd and intriguing all at once!

Kind of like Carol!!!

She looks a bit like a slimmer John Travolta in drag.

P.S. I took a peek at her blog.
Now I am sleepy and want to go to bed. If I want to read crap like that, Betty Bowers has more credibility and is much funnier.

I looked into her eyes, then at the text, then back into her eyes.

And I had an Orwell moment when I realized LIVE is also EVIL spelled backwards.

No, I don't know who she is and after reading your post, I still don't. Not your best work but I still love you, Sparky!

Also: I miss Ursula and Michelene (but not Tzipi)

eeewww... definitely gonna have nightmares tonight.

I also miss seeing the Scarved Giantess. Is she staying home with a cold or what?

Micheline just turned into a big disappointment. Her "found object" lifespan was pretty brief.

Ursula, however, is a boutique item! Please rest assured that I regularly troll for fresh Ursulaproduct, but those ever-so-tasty morsels are as rare as they are exquisite.

Oh, that's sad about Micheline! You were so giddy with excitement when you discovered her, I totally caught the fever. Oh well I still will always have the crack-ups over something you said about her hairdo looking like a starfish was draped over it, and of course the Micheline Man illustration. Also: although I'm fairly meh re: Tzipi I am still having crackups over the time you called her "excitingly named."
