UPDATE: You all are good! It is, indeed, Angela Merkel, unloved by Jacques Chirac, but adored by George Bush. Condi... talked with a bunch of people in Germany today, I guess. That's what she does! Praise her!

It's actually Angela's lack of a neck that gives her away. She appears to still be in cringe mode thinking about the Chimperor.
I confess, though, that I was going to guess that British chick that Chirac won't kiss. I think the giant tit in the background put in me in mind of St Paul's.
