Will Work for Flowers

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov welcomes U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice during their meeting in Moscow,Saturday, Oct. 21, 2006. U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived in Moscow Saturday for talks officially focused on North Korea's nuclear test but her main mission is to persuade a reluctant President Vladimir Putin to back sanctions against Iran, analysts say. I know it's Saturday, but as long as there are bouquets left to be collected, Condi's work is never done.

And no bouquets of flowers in sight!

Those flowers look as if they might spray poison at any moment...
or are filled with microphones.

Princess, I think these charming romantic two should star in a Russian-American remake of "Gone with the Wind," with music by Prokofiev. Sergey however might be advised to take off his specs for the kissing scenes.

Hi Sparklepony,

You obviously have an interest in Condoleezza Rice, but are you a Condista, in the sense of supporting the Draft Condi campaign to encourage her to run for President in 2008?

If you are then you probably know your way around the Condista websites already.

Some of the Draft Condi websites are welcoming of people like you who, shall we say, like looking at Condi pictures too.

Anyway, I'm posting a comment on your blog mainly to invite you join us at

Rice for President Yahoo Group

assuming that you are not already a member.

It's just that I don't remember seeing a link from our group to your blog - so join up and add a link to your blog if you want.

"You Dont Bring Me WMDs"

Condi is so easy! Not like Madeline Albright.

Have you noticed how relaxed she looks? I think Dr. Ferragamo is at home in a one man state ruled with an iron fist.

I can see it now:

Elect Condosleeza - A photo-op in every pot and matching armchairs in every garage!

Giving her even more power to meander aimlessly around the world with furrowed brow is just what this country needs.
