The History of Ursula Plassnik's Scarves, Part II

In my haste to start this series with Ursula's most extravagent scarf yesterday, Pony Pal™ Fritz reminded me that perhaps it would be a good idea to balance this triumph with a reminder of her darkest hour. Fritz gives the rundown:
