I used to think that there was no way this blog would ever influence any of the big boys in the media, but how else can you explain Neal Boortz' long, LONG diatribe about Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney's hairdo? Is he a secret Pony Pal™?
He's gotta work on his word choice, though, because I'd never use the phrase 'ghetto slut'.

I read that guy's remarks and he's got to be the biggest racist in America. He called her everything but a pickaninny and a crack whore.
If thats all that bozo has to rant about, he is seriously fucked up...which I am quite sure he is anyway..just sayin..he gets paid to talk..unlike our PSP who just does it for the love and gratification..right? :P
Speaking of hurling invectives toward the Congresswoman, Johnny Meltdown over at Whining for Dollars did a similar hatchet job on her.
I knew he didn't like women much but apparently black women really put his knickers in a twist.

Speaking of biting your style, Slashdot has gone all pink and ponies today! Granted it's just for April Fools, but I like to think of it as a tribute to all your hard work here.

Boortz is a racist, and now the whole country knows it. So does one of his sponsors, Chevy. I wrote to them, asking them to back away from this nutbag.
As for Rep. McKinney, she has been harassed by Capitol Hill police for years. They can't be bothered to learn her face, and if she changes her hairstyle, they don't know what to do. By all accounts, the guard grabbed her arm, wouldn't let go, and she was trying to get they guy off her.
She's an outspoken black woman, who has spoken up about the corruption of Republican members of Congress. So she's fair game. She was elected by 64% of the vote, even after they gerrymandered her district, so she must be representing her constituents well.
