A quick note: My ftp access went down yesterday just as I was preparing to upload today's audioblogging files. Fear not, however, because some very amusing things will be ready this evening.
You may now continue your Albertowatch™.
Also this morning: lots of visitors from a comment thread at Atrios. Hello! And you know that guy the Republicans elected as Majority Leader to clean up their act? Well, his first step is to be against all major lobbying reforms. Way to stay the course, buddy! Heck, those tobacco industry checks aren't going to pass themselves out, are they?
Finally, maybe the Washington Post is asking the wrong questions: are the $65,000 conference table and $100,000 wood floors purchased by the ATF for their director fabulous? Doesn't that count for something?

Just the cover art alone is worth the visit. Maybe you could give us a visual preview...
The only preview I'd be able to give this morning would be one of the audio files, and that wouldn't be even half as fun without the covers, which are probably the best thing about today's entries.
I guess the self-styled "reform" candidate is a lying sack of bat quano then? what a shocker..
Your trademark is cute..and these hearings are like watching paint dry..but I watch anyway..its a slow monday.
Albertowatch is some fabulous TV-he's a total slimeball.
They need 100 little sparkle ponies galloping up and down the hearing table, standing on their hind legs and whinnying every time he lies or equivocates.
It would be a total whinnyfest!!
