Locals Only: Carol Schwartz Lashes Out at the Hairdo Gods

...but not for the obvious reasons.

Channel 4 News had a report this morning on the District's parking woes. The experts weighed in: there are more cars than parking spaces. Wow, please explain this complicated analysis further, geniuses!

But anyway, Councilperson Carol Schwartz gave the following paraphrased anecdote:
"I go to a hair salon in Georgetown --not very often, as you can see-- and the staff are constantly running out to feed their meters. But these are supposed to have two-hour limits! Nobody is enforcing these limits!"
Carol, honey... I like you, but it's safe to say that you've already angered the hairdo gods in the past, and your hairdresser problems obviously run much deeper than their parking habits. I can hardly wait to see what kind of creation her coiffure wranglers come up with the next time she visits!

EDIT: I feel I should make it clear that I really do like Carol, and I think she would have made a great Mayor. Well, a better one than Williams, anyway.

Wow! Wasn't she in "Flashdance"?
I think she played Jennifer Beales' freaked out grandma, Sylvia.

I just can't get enough of this woman.

I wonder if there just weren't any spots large enough to get her enormous gold Skylark into while she was catching a smoke....
