Recently in this blog, I described the bad influence of supposedly family-friendly Peter Pan, and now there's more evidence.
Remember the infamous Republican Terri Shiavo talking points memo? Republicans screamed that it was obviously a parody produced by the Democrats to make them look bad, that it was too over the top, and too cynical to be real. Well, it turns out that it was real, after all. The memo was written by a legal aide to Senator Mel Martinez (R-FL).
And the Peter Pan connection? The name of the GOP staffer who wrote the memo is Brian DARLING.
