It's actually a viral ad placed by the Venice Biennale (because it, um, looks like Venice, see, and the tire treads are over where the Biennale is, and the point is the Italian tourism boards are strange and oh never mind...
I guess whoever dropped that pumpkin was as sick of it as I am. I had approximately 25 pieces of pumpkin pie over the holidays. This coming year, I plan to limit myself to one thin slice of it between Nov. 1 and Jan. 31.
