Rod Blagojevich to be Crowned Queen of the Jungle

Please cross your fingers and make a wish that Rod Blagojevich's judge does what is right for society and comedy and all that is good and fun and entertaining and allows Blago to leave the country to be on a revived US version of I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here:

His attorney, Sheldon Sorosky, told a federal judge Tuesday that Blagojevich soon would be making a request to loosen the travel restrictions placed on him. Such a move would allow the disgraced ex-governor to travel to Costa Rica for the program's filming this summer.

The network describes the show as Swiss Family Robinson-type competition in which 10 celebrities are dropped in the heart of the jungle "to face fun and comedic challenges designed to test their survival skills." American viewers decide which celebrities stay or go, in addition to selecting the challenges used to earn food, supplies and luxury items.

The last remaining star is crowned king or queen of the jungle. The show will have a four-week run, according to NBC.

This sounds like just about the best idea ever, and you know it'll be Blago and people like Verne Troyer and Coolio, and... OMG, the visions of hairdo-threatening challenges and comical Blago farce just seem almost to good to be true. I would actually watch this on television.

So let's hope for an activist judge... an activist for GOOD TIMES.

Oh My God. As long as they don't let him have a hairbrush.

The last remaining star is crowned king or queen of the jungle. No dice--there's no way they're gonna be able to fit a crown on that cumulonimbus cloud of hair.

I want a Palin family member on the show. Anyone over the age of consent will do, though in Alaska that appears to be thirteen.

Okay, more specific. Anyone who's given birth or fathered children.

Matty, how about Levi? He'd make a great fameball.

Of course, Princess, I consider Levi part of the family, though Sarah isn't quite as convinced. And he meets the given birth/fathered children criterion as well.
