That Ursula really had a lot of people worried yesterday when I revealed the worst pictures of her ever. But you know plucky Ursula! She stopped all that itching, and then it was off to Africa for this totally nice sounding conference, the kind of thing the United States used to do!
Also recovered was the delightful Amazon's wonderful fashion sense. The orange jacket with matching scarf is vintage Ursula, and then she sends everything over the edge with a wild, psychedelic silky wrap:

You go, Ursula! It's always fun for us Americans to see the unfamiliar sight of a competent, level-headed foreign minister. Austria: can we have her when you're done?

Okay, that's not a scarf. It's a blanket or a bed sheet.
Still, she is back to complete fabulousity, so all Pony Pals can sleep easy tonight, dreaming our dreamy UrsuLove dreams.
Ever resilient, our Ursula, and soso sympathetic.
Itch, and the world itches with you.
No matching armchairs for this babe! Nope, she sits on a loveseat and charms President Whatzisname with that delicious, silky confection.
My heart is pounding.
Ooohhh, Ursula.

You're such a star in my world!
Possibly an orange giant.

That pashmina wrapina thing is too fab for words.
OMG, I missed her so much! I'm so glad she's back, and I like the orange ensemble quite a bit.
Isn't it nice to see a foreign minister who actually enjoys talking with foreigners?
Kelster, she can probably remember AND pronounce their names, which is better than what our diplos do.
Soooo glad to know SHE'S BACK!
