This is not the Condibot, I think... Real deal is here, but so obviously regrets not sending the 'bot. Is she sad for the children? No, I think she's regretful that this has cut into shopping time. It's the lip curl and the nascent Klingon ridges that give it away.
The kid at the upper left hand corner seems to be looking at the good "Dr" as if she were indeed someone from outer space or a trafficker herself...
