Keepin' Up with the "Listening Tour"

Just yesterday I enthused about Karen Hughes' flubtastic new adventures as she traipses across the Muslim world, scattering insults like rose petals. Here she is this morning in Turkey:

Note that she has cunningly placed herself at the center of a protective cloud of local children. Good thinking, Karen! Also, don't get me started on that book she's passing out, which apparently puts her boss to the right of George Washington (I'll say!) and above Abraham Lincoln.

So anyway, I'm sure Karen's new friends were nicer than the ones she made yesterday in Saudi Arabia, right? Again, let's listen in:
The guests invited to an Ankara museum by the U.S. embassy politely but firmly refused to be swayed by the encouraging message Hughes is trying to spread among Muslims in her job as undersecretary of state for public diplomacy.

"You cannot bring in war for the sake of peace. The United States cannot interfere in the democracy problem and solve it through war," argued Feray Sazman, a women's rights leader.
Awesome, Karen! That's two for two!

Why would anyone hire Colossal C*nt Hughes to promote the "positive image" of anything? Her resume is the antithesis of diplomacy. Mother f*cking ponderous! Oh, wait, ok now i get it...

Maybe the international community would respect Karen more if she were able to accessorize in a way that emphasized the little feminity she possesses. Draping a lone string of pearls on her neck won't make her more ladylike anymore than it would turn a minotaur into a nubile forest nymph. Princess, why not take Karen under your glittery hooves and help her find the perfect accessory, be it a feather boa, an anklet, or an African lip plate?

rather than a karen hughes, maybe someone more sensetive to a different way of thinking could go on a listening tour for bush.someone like joan baez.
how ever if americans were to start to understand that other points of view, even if different ,are not always wrong, then such foot in the mouth tours will not be required.
