This morning in Egypt, the Reuters photographers once again settled into their usual routine of prioritizing Condi's more-interesting surroundings:

It looks to me as if there could be a [now invisible] marionette dangling from that outstreched arm and hand. (Or, apropos the US Senate's much belated lynching apology [in]action: a noose?)
Maybe the photographer airbrushed that out to favor *foreign* antiquities background?
Oops. Puddleglum me, again.
I wish I could tell if the flip has reappeared. It seems the hair is below the shoulder now. (Either that, or the flip was airbrushed too!)
