Frankly, it is appalling!
I wonder if its possible to govern well if one is bald. I suspect bald people can never be taken seriously enough.
Oh, I totally understood that to mean, "You know, I'm not sure about either one of their hairdos."
Like in a skepticism-as-polite-disapproval sort of way.
